HOW IT WORKS:
- You contact
us and tell us what you're interested in purchasing and where you're
located.
- If you want
us to locate a specific vehicle for you, we will respond by asking you
a
series of questions in order to help find that PERFECT vehicle for you. Please
see our LOCATE page for more details
on how
this process works.
- Once the
vehicle you want is located, a price will be agreed upon along with all
shipping and insurance charges. The State of Florida and the
United States do not charge any taxes or tariffs for shipping vehicles
outside of the United States, however your country may have taxes,
fees, and other costs associated with the importation of vehicles.
Please check with your local government authorities beforehand to
learn what expenses you will be expected to pay once the vehicle
arrives. The vehicle is shipped F.O.B. Orange City, Florida,
United States. The buyer incurs all costs involved in the
transportation of the vehicle overseas.
- If you agree
to all the costs and want to purchase the vehicle, we will provide you
with our banking information so that you may transfer the necessary
funds to our account or you may send us the funds via your local bank
check or money order. IMPORTANT: ALL FUNDS MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS.
No other currency will be accepted. Once our
bank has cleared your transfer, check, or money order; your vehicle
will be shipped immediately on the next scheduled ship to your country.
- The vehicle
will be photographed before it goes onto the ship. We will email these
pictures to you. Since you will be paying for transportation insurance,
any claims for damage or loss must be made with the
transportation company. Baron Auto Sales is only responsible
for safe delivery of the vehicle to the port. Once posession of
the vehicle is turned over to the shipping company, any damage or
loss of the vehicle is the sole responsibly of the shipping company and
the Buyer understands that Baron Auto Sales is not responsible and will
hold Baron Auto Sales harmless for any incidents or claims
between the Buyer and the Shipping Company.
